Cap and gown pictures have been scheduled for Wednesday, April 19, 2023. These pictures will be in the gym. 

If you are interested in taking advantage of this opportunity, you will need to contact Mrs. Shivar to sign up before Friday, March 31, 2023. 

You will need the following if you plan to take advantage of this opportunity:

• Your cap, gown, stole, and tassel (you may borrow all of this from a friend to take pictures if needed).
• It is recommended to hang the gown and stole up as soon as possible so the wrinkles will have time to fall out. Please seek specific instructions from Herff-Jones on how to get wrinkles out of the gown; failure to get specific instructions may result in permanent damage to the gown. Herff-Jones, SCHS, and/or WCPS are not responsible for damaged items!
• Sitting fee - $10 (proofs are emailed or mailed using the information you provide when you check in with Lifetouch/Prestige). The sitting fee must be paid on the day pictures are taken, this is not Mrs. Shivar's rule or SCHS's rule, it is Lifetouch/Prestige Portraits' rule. 

Please note the following:

• Your fingernails will show in these pictures. 
• Your hair should be arranged in a way that your cap will be able to fit on your head for one or more of the pictures.
• You may want to bring your own comb, brush, and/or bobby pins just in case - these items are not provided
• If you are an early graduate, you will need to check in at the front office before coming to the gym for pictures.
• DO NOT bring outside guests with you to watch you take pictures or to take pictures with you, it will not be allowed
